Joining over 165 Certified B Corporations that are headquartered in Aotearoa New Zealand across 53 industries—from hospitality to dairy, PeopleEX has earned this prestigious certification, establishing a new and impactful standard for the HR sector.
To achieve B Corp Certification, businesses undergo a rigorous evaluation of their social and environmental impact, public transparency, and legal accountability. PeopleEX’s certification represents its dedication to balancing profit with purpose, marking a significant advancement in creating meaningful and sustainable impact within the HR industry.

In 2022, PeopleEX launched its sustainability strategy, a first for New Zealand’s HR sector, aligning the agency’s practices with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to drive positive change.
